This individual is targeted to ensure each customer they look after is 100% satisfied at all stages during the implementation of the new system and beyond. The Customer Care does not stop once your system is installed. Your Customer Experience Manager will regularly check in to ensure you are confident using the new system and offer additional training whenever needed.
